Malaysian TV host and personality Hawa Rizwana has emphasized that plastic surgery is not an option for her, despite the pressures regarding physical appearance as a public figure.
According to Hawa, 31 (full name Hawa Rizwana Ahmad Redzuan), she places more trust in a non-invasive aesthetic approach to maintain her natural beauty without making drastic changes to her face.
“As someone active on social media and frequently in front of the camera, I cannot deny that comments about my appearance are a challenge I have to face. People will always have opinions on how we look. Sometimes they are constructive, and sometimes they can be a source of pressure,” she said.

However, Hawa clarified that such pressure should not dictate major decisions involving one’s face and identity.
“Plastic surgery is not an option for me. I don’t want to change my face just because of standards or people’s comments. I only want to enhance what is already there. To me, beauty is about consistent care, not drastic transformation,” she added.
In her role as the Ambassador for Estika Medispa, Hawa views modern anti-aging treatments as a smart preventive measure that helps maintain skin radiance and elasticity progressively and safely.
Now entering its 11th year, Estika Medispa offers various non-invasive aesthetic treatments, focusing on the use of the latest technology to help clients maintain skin health and beauty without surgical procedures.
Meanwhile, according to the CEO of Estika Medispa, Dr. Haq Wasa, today’s beauty trends are leaning more toward natural and gradual results.
“We encourage early prevention. With consistent and appropriate treatments, the need for invasive procedures can be minimized,” he said.
Throughout its 11 years of operation, Estika Medispa has treated over 100,000 Malaysian faces, strengthening its position as one of the leaders in the country’s non-invasive aesthetic industry.
The collaboration with Hawa Rizwana is more than just an ambassadorship; it carries the message that beauty can be managed wisely, safely, and gradually without sacrificing one’s identity or natural beauty.
