Most Malaysians will know that local singer, Nikki Palikat loves to sing and perform, but some may not be aware of her love for diving!

That’s right, this Malaysian songbird loves to dive when she has the chance, hence it is no surprise that her favourite holiday destination is Komodo Island in Indonesia.

“I have been there three times and I hope for there to be a fourth time soon. Not only is the natural surrounding beautiful, but the underwater biodiversity is just as amazing. This makes it a perfect spot for divers like me who love exploring,” explained Nikki during a recent interview at a fashion event in Kuala Lumpur.

The star also explained that one of the places she hopes to visit is Nepal.

“I have seen so many beautiful pictures of Nepal and I also heard from some of my friends who have been there that it is a very spiritual place. I would love to go there and meditate when I have the chance someday,” she said.

When asked about her list preferred destination, NIkki said that she is not a fan of big cities.

“I am not a fan of big cities and after visiting Manila, in the Philippines recently, I realised that I am not a fan of the city either,” ended Nikki.
