For the first time, the hotel’s elegant Japanese dining destination, Miyabi, transforms into a festive playground for the perfect gathering. In place of the traditional spread, diners are treated to a semi-buffet concept where certain dishes are prepared à la minute and served fresh to the table. Guests can expect an immersive journey through Japanese artistry, featuring unlimited servings of sashimi, grilled specialties, sushi, tempura, sukiyaki, donburi and salads, alongside a curated menu of premium à la carte selections. Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel’s very own Classic Slow-Roasted Turkey also takes center stage at Miyabi this year.

Each diner may select one premium dish of their choice from an exquisite lineup, which includes the rich marbling of Japanese Black Wagyu Beef Platter, the melt-in-your-mouth indulgence of Toro Sashimi, and the sweetness of Uni Platter served on ice. Those who prefer the warmth of hearty flavours can indulge in the Zuwaigani Shabu Shabu, a steaming hot pot with snow crab simmered in clear broth, or savour the smoky perfection of Yaki Lobster, grilled over open flame. The choice to add-on RM85+ per premium dish is available to enjoy unlimited servings, offering guests the rare luxury of endless indulgence for exclusive items.
Beyond the premium selection, the all-you-can-eat side of buffet includes a parade of exquisite Japanese dishes that showcase the crowd-favourite Teppanyaki live station where guests can pick from a selection of Oysters, King Prawn, Beef, Salmon, Scallop and Chicken for the selected to be made on the spot by our Teppanyaki chefs. 6-type unlimited sashimi where each serving comes with Salmon, King Prawn, Octopus, Cuttlefish, Yellowtail and Tuna prepared fresh.
