In the spirit of Ramadan and the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations, Subway Malaysia successfully carried out its Rayakan Bersama 2026 community initiative, honouring frontline heroes who continue serving communities during the festive season.
Building on last year’s inaugural effort, which focused on showing appreciation to essential workers through meal distributions, this year’s campaign expanded its reach with on-theground activations at Hospital Kuala Lumpur.
During the initiative, Subway teams personally distributed specially prepared Rayakan Bersama Meal Bags to healthcare workers.

Each meal bag included a 6-inch Subway sub, Subway’s footlong cookie, and a drink, thoughtfully packed and sealed with a personalised note— small gestures that conveyed heartfelt appreciation and recognition.
Beyond the meal distribution, the initiative created meaningful moments of connection as Subway staff engaged with recipients through personal interactions and smiles.
As an ongoing CSR platform rather than a one-off initiative, Rayakan Bersama reflects Subway Malaysia’s continued commitment to community engagement and social impact.
Following the activation, Subway Malaysia will extend the campaign’s reach by sharing recap stories and highlighting the contributions of everyday heroes across its digital platforms, ensuring their dedication continues to be recognised beyond the festive season.
“Through Rayakan Bersama, we wanted to celebrate the individuals who continue serving our communities during one of the most meaningful times of the year. Seeing the positive impact and heartfelt reactions on the ground reinforces our belief that even small acts of appreciation can create lasting connections,” said Evelyn Lee, Marketing Director, Subway Malaysia.
Now in its second year, Rayakan Bersama continues to strengthen Subway Malaysia’s role as a community-driven brand, inspiring greater appreciation for frontline heroes and encouraging Malaysians to embody the true spirit of giving during Ramadan and beyond.
