Malaysian music powerhouse Aina Abdul and awardwinning fashion designer Melinda Looi have come together for a special showcase at CIMB Artober 2025, celebrating the union of fashion, music, and art.

The collaboration features eight of Aina Abdul’s most iconic costumes, designed in partnership with Melinda Looi, each representing a milestone in her artistic journey. 

These couture creations, originally worn during Aina’s unforgettable stage performances, including Anugerah Juara Lagu, ANWAA 3.0, and other landmark moments, are now brought together in one curated exhibition.

Visitors will have the rare opportunity to experience these show-stopping designs up close at MITEC Kuala Lumpur, Hall 1, Aina’s Chamber of Curiosities, where the collection will be on display throughout CIMB Artober. The showcase invites fans and fashion enthusiasts alike to explore how music and couture intersect to create timeless artistry.

There are also limited-edition merchandises inspired by the costumes available in this exhibition.

“Each of these costumes is not just a garment, but a story, crafted with passion, emotion, and a deep respect for Aina’s artistry,” said Melinda Looi.

“Performing in Melinda’s designs gave me the freedom to express myself beyond music. I’m excited that fans will finally get to witness these pieces as living art,” added Aina Abdul.
