This Ramadan, Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort invites guests to rediscover the warmth of family traditions through its specially curated buffet, “Panggung Citarasa Nenda,” available nightly from 20 February to 19 March 2026, from 7.00pm to 10.00pm.
Inspired by cherished home-style recipes passed down through generations, the buffet concept pays tribute to nostalgic Malaysian flavours while incorporating a selection of premium culinary highlights. Designed as a “culinary stage,” the experience places beloved heritage dishes at the forefront, offering diners a meaningful and memorable buka puasa gathering throughout the holy month.
According to General Manager Gavin Rupert, the buffet reflects the hotel’s appreciation for tradition and togetherness, celebrating the simple joy of sharing a thoughtfully prepared meal with loved ones during Ramadan.
The extensive spread showcases a diverse range of signature dishes, including Smoky Beef Brisket, Laksa 7 Pelangi, Daging Bakar Harimau Menangis, Nasi Kerabu, and Nasi Kandar, alongside a wide variety of regional Malaysian favourites. Selected highlights such as Rusa Golek, Roasted Whole Lamb, Roasted Whole Beef Leg, and Durian will be featured on a rotating basis, ensuring variety across the Ramadan season.
At the heart of the buffet is the culinary direction of Chef Muhamad Farhan Aszme, affectionately known as Chef Farhan, whose inspiration stems from family kitchens and festive gatherings. The concept encourages diners to slow down, reconnect with family and friends, and savour comforting flavours that evoke fond memories — embodying the true spirit of Ramadan.
Featuring more than 400 menu items served throughout the season, the buffet combines heritage favourites with premium selections, promising a satisfying experience for guests of all ages.
An Early Bird promotion is available at RM158 nett per adult until 19 February 2026, after which the buffet will be priced at RM178 nett per adult and RM98 nett for children and senior citizens. The experience takes place at Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort and includes complimentary parking for added convenience.
