Fresh from its debut at Dubai Fashion Week, Malaysian couture house Rizman Ruzaini is honoured to present its Fall/Winter 25/26 Demi Couture Collection, “RIMBA,” at Jakarta Fashion Week 2026.
The recent showcase formed part of the prestigious ASEAN Parade segment, a platform dedicated to celebrating the creativity, craftsmanship, and cultural pride of Southeast Asia’s leading designers. For Rizman Ruzaini, it marks both a homecoming and a new beginning — a chance to stand alongside its regional peers and celebrate a shared design heritage.

“It’s a privilege to be part of this special ASEAN showcase,” said Rizman Nordin and Ruzaini Jamil, Co-Founders and Creative Directors of Rizman Ruzaini.
“RIMBA was born from the soul of Southeast Asia — inspired by the rainforests that connect our lands, our stories, and our people. To now bring this collection to Jakarta, in front of such a discerning and fashion-savvy audience, feels
deeply meaningful to us.”
The RIMBA collection draws its spirit from the ancient rainforests of Southeast Asia, where flora, fauna, and the legendary Malayan tiger become metaphors for strength, beauty, and endurance. From the dense jungles of Malaysia to the tropical richness of Indonesia, the collection embodies the biodiversity that unites the region.
The colour palette is grounded in deep greens, blacks, and earthy neutrals, illuminated with bold tones inspired by tropical birds and blossoms.
Each look blends structure and softness — tailored silhouettes alongside fluid drapes, detailed embroidery balanced by clean architectural lines.
“RIMBA is a story about connection, between craft and nature, between tradition and innovation, between Malaysia and Indonesia,” adds Rizman.
“We share so much as a region, and tonight we celebrate that unity through design.” This Jakarta showcase also holds special significance for the brand: it comes just one day after the official debut of RR by Rizman Ruzaini in Indonesia, under the Modinity Group, marking the brand’s formal entry into the Indonesian market.

It represents not only an expansion of presence, but also a deepening of the creative dialogue between Malaysia and Indonesia – two nations united by culture, craftsmanship, and style.
“This week marks a milestone for us as a group,” says Linda Anggrea, CEO of Modinity Group. “Having Rizman Ruzaini show at Jakarta Fashion Week while officially launching RR by Rizman Ruzaini in Indonesia is a true celebration of partnership and shared purpose. We believe this is just the beginning of many great things to come.”

For two decades, Rizman Ruzaini has defined Malaysian couture — dressing royalty, celebrities, and style icons across the region, including Kris Dayanti, Rossa, Raisa, and Raline Shah. With each creation, the brand continues to honour its roots while embracing a modern, global vision for Southeast Asian fashion.
That night, under the lights of Jakarta Fashion Week, RIMBA becomes more than a collection. It becomes a statement — of unity, artistry, and the enduring power of regional excellence.
