Subway Malaysia is turning up the flavour — and the fun this season with the launch of The Ultimate Footlong Meal, a larger-than-life combo that’s bold, indulgent, and, as the brand puts it, “Too Big To Contain.”
Running from 29 October to 30 December 2025, the campaign celebrates everything Malaysians love about a great meal — bold taste, generous portions, and freshly baked goodness — headlined by the introduction of the Black Pepper Chicken Edition and Malaysia’s first-ever Footlong Cookie.
The Ultimate Footlong Meal brings together three of Subway’s most crave-worthy favourites in one hearty combo:
● Black Pepper Chicken Footlong Sub – made with juicy chicken thigh, coated in bold black pepper sauce, and freshly baked bread daily.
● Footlong Cookie – Malaysia’s first-ever one-foot cookie, baked fresh every day for that perfect soft, chewy texture.
● Footlong Cup – a limited-edition, one-foot-tall Subway cup designed to complete the indulgent experience.
Together, they deliver a flavour-packed meal that’s shareable, satisfying, and fresh — the Subway way.
To celebrate the launch, Subway will unveil a giant 3D Subway bag installation at Bukit Bintang from 27 October to 2 November 2025. The larger-than-life installation, shaped like an oversized Subway bag bursting with flavour, invites visitors to explore six interactive “viewing spots” (lubang jenguk), each revealing a chapter of The Ultimate Footlong Meal story — from the boldness of the Black Pepper Chicken to the indulgence of the Footlong Cookie.
At the final viewing spot, visitors can uncover an exclusive promo message that rewards them with RM10 OFF a special introductory purchase of The Ultimate Footlong Meal at participating outlets.

The new Black Pepper Chicken Edition is available in Sub, Wrap, and Salad formats, offering Malaysians more ways to enjoy their favourite bold peppery flavour.
Meanwhile, the Footlong Cookie and Footlong Cup are currently exclusive to The Ultimate Footlong Meal, adding even more excitement and collectibility to the limited-time offering.
With the tagline Too Big To Contain — and the cheeky rallying cry Too Long. Too Big. Too Good. — The campaign celebrates Subway’s signature scale, shareability, and freshness.
The Ultimate Footlong Meal will be available at all Subway Malaysia restaurants from 29 October to 30 December 2025.
