Available every Sunday from 12:00 noon to 4:00pm, the two-month culinary promotion brings together an impressive array of savoury creations, sweet temptations, live cooking stations and comforting favourites, designed to make Sunday afternoons a little more indulgent.
At the heart of the experience is the buffet’s emphasis on freshly prepared dishes, with many stations offering made-to-order selections. Guests can enjoy Signature Prawn & Squid, with prawns or squid boiled to order and served with a vibrant chilli padi, coriander, sesame, lemon and nam pla dressing. The noodle station offers a choice of Vietnamese beef and daikon broth or a fragrant clear chicken broth, while the Premium Garlic Fried Rice is prepared to order with premium beef, egg, spring onion and togarashi.
For lovers of Japanese flavours, the selection includes salmon sashimi and inari with assorted tobiko, accompanied by traditional condiments. Pasta enthusiasts can customise their experience with made-to-order rigatoni featuring creamy cheese, shimeji, chilli flakes and beef bites.
The Roasting Gallery takes centre stage with beef striploin and boneless lamb leg, served alongside Yorkshire pudding, buttered green beans, chat roast potatoes and black pepper sauce. Guests can also enjoy a freshly prepared Steak Sandwich, while the Indian station offers fried puri filled with potato masala, lamb keema and cucumber raita.
Adding a Malaysian touch, the Smoky Wok-Hei station serves live char kway teow, while rotating favourites such as oyster omelette and cucur udang bring the theatre and aromas of the wok directly to the buffet. A selection of comforting dishes continues at the hot pot and mains stations, alongside steamed gyoza, satay, yong tau foo and an assortment of Asian-inspired favourites.
The experience extends to a dedicated Live Sandwich Station, where guests can choose from freshly assembled panini, ciabatta and sourdough creations with fillings including roast beef, smoked duck, smoked chicken and tuna, complemented by a selection of fresh vegetables and house dressings.
