International brands, new store concepts and a sporty highlight: On 16 April 2026, Landquart Fashion Outlet will officially open its new expansion and add a new fashion chapter to its alpine chalet village. New arrivals include Coach, Birkenstock, Carhartt, American Vintage, the L’Oréal Group, as well as Switzerland’s largest Nike flagship store.
After around one and a half years of construction, the total retail space will grow to nearly 27,000 square metres. The expansion adds 15 new stores along with new food and beverage concepts, further enhancing the shopping experience within the “Mountain Village” setting. Upon completion, Landquart Fashion Outlet will comprise around 100 stores with more than 170 premium fashion, sports and lifestyle brands offering their collections year-round at a minimum of 30% off regular retail prices. At the same time, approximately 200 additional jobs will be created in the region.
Opening Days with Special Highlights
The opening celebrations from 16 – 19 of April will feature a vibrant mix of local performances, live podcasts, inspiring talks and DJ sets. Stylish installations and exclusive in-store offers will add further highlights, creating an experience that seamlessly combines shopping, indulgence and Alpine atmosphere.
International Brands and New Store Concepts
Coach brings New York leather craftsmanship and accessories culture to Landquart, Carhartt represents authentic streetwear with workwear DNA, and American Vintage stands for relaxed, high-quality everyday looks. These brands will be opening their first standalone stores at Landquart Fashion Outlet. The German heritage brand Birkenstock will also debut its first dedicated store at the outlet, expanding the offering with its iconic sandals. Eleventy – Made in Italy complements the portfolio with modern Italian elegance.

A particular highlight comes from Nike: the brand is relocating to the new expansion area and opening Switzerland’s largest Nike flagship store, offering even more space dedicated to sport, performance and streetwear.
In the culinary segment, Swiss premium chocolatier Läderach will complement the offering with handcrafted chocolate specialities, while Coffee Fellows invites guests to linger with high-quality coffee creations. In addition, the opening of a new restaurant is planned over the course of 2026.
The L’Oréal Group is also expanding the beauty segment with its own store and selected top brands from its own portfolio.
A New Chapter for Landquart Fashion Outlet
“Our guests can look forward to new international brands, exciting opening days and many special shopping moments. With this expansion, we are creating even more space for inspiration, enjoyment and a premium shopping experience at Landquart Fashion Outlet,” says Aleksandra Perz, Centre Director of Landquart Fashion Outlet.
Convenient Access and More Parking at the Southern Entrance
Landquart Fashion Outlet is ideally connected to both public transport and the road network. From Zurich, it can be reached comfortably by train in around one hour. Located directly on the A13 motorway between the Landquart exit and Landquart railway station, the outlet is also around 50 minutes from St. Gallen and just 10 minutes from the Heidiland region.

Additional convenience is provided by the new multi-storey car park at the southern entrance, which opened in October and offers 1,170 extra parking spaces. In total, 1,550 parking spaces are now available for visitors.
With the expansion, Landquart Fashion Outlet strengthens its position as a leading premium fashion destination in the Swiss Alps. The combination of international brand variety, chalet atmosphere and touristic location makes Landquart a unique meeting point for fashion, lifestyle and enjoyment.
Landquart Fashion Outlet is open Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm.
