Celebrate the holy month of Ramadan with an unforgettable culinary journey at The Westin Kuala Lumpur.
This year’s theme, ‘Cerita Kita di Ramadan 2026’, brings together nostalgic flavours and vibrant bazaar-inspired experiences, thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Arfizan Rahim and his talented team at The Living Room, the hotel’s Halal-certified kitchen.

Guests will be treated to an extensive buffet featuring the chefs’ favourite recipes alongside beloved Ramadan classics. This year’s offering includes a lively bazaar-style setup at our al-fresco site, where the aroma of traditional dishes and vibrant flavours create a truly nostalgic experience.
The main spread in the restaurant will offer an impressive selection of our signature highlights. The spread will include the Seafood on Ice, Salads, a variety of Ulam-Ulam, Pickles, Hot Casseroles, Wok-Hei Chinese offerings, an Indian counter, as well as an assortment of Western dishes.
The Ramadan buffet at The Westin Kuala Lumpur unfolds as a richly layered celebration of heritage flavours and bazaar-inspired favourites, led by a dynamic line-up of live stations and chef-driven concepts.

Guests can expect robust, slow-cooked classics such as Kambing Tandoori Golek with Nasi Briyani Kismis, tempoyak-based gulai featuring ikan patin, ayam and udang, and rustic smoked specialities from Salai Kuala Pilah, including daging, itik, ikan keli and siput sedut.
Comfort dishes take centre stage with bubur berlauk, aromatic claypot chicken rice, and northern-style soups like kambing gearbox, ekor lembu and tulang rusuk, while crowd favourites such as satay ayam dan daging, otak-otak Muar, cheong fun with rendang ayam, lamb keema or kam heong prawn, and traditional bazaar bites like sotong kangkung, rojak petis and aneka lempeng evoke nostalgic Ramadan evenings.
Inside the restaurant, the spread expands into a comprehensive feast featuring Seafood on Ice, fresh salads, ulam-ulaman, pickles, hot casseroles, wok-hei Chinese dishes, Indian specialities and Western selections. A highlight of the experience is the Signature Rendang Corner, showcasing an indulgent variety including Rendang Ayam Kampung Hijau, Daging Pahang, Udang Cili Padi and Rendang Kupang, served alongside lemang, ketupat palas and aromatic serunding.
The feast concludes on a sweet note with Chef Mus’s dessert kitchen, offering an array of traditional favourites such as bubur pulut hitam, bubur kacang hijau dengan durian, pengat pisang, dodol, tapai, classic Malay kuih, and nostalgic treats like ais krim potong, ensuring a fittingly indulgent finale to a memorable Ramadan celebration.
A Ramadan and Raya favourite, the Rendang corner will serve a variety of rendang dishes including Rendang Ayam Kampung Hijau, Daging Pahang, Udang Cili Padi, and Rendang Kupang
