Nurul Natrah binti Aziz @ Awang, founder of Gembur Education, has been crowned the champion of the Selangor OKU Entrepreneurs League (SAY LEAD) Edition 7, which was held on 26 August 2026 at Sunway Resort Hotel, Petaling Jaya. 

SAY LEAD is an entrepreneurship initiative organised by Selangor Youth Community (SAY) to empower OKU entrepreneurs in Selangor through structured business training and development. The programme also aims to help OKU entrepreneurs grow their businesses and remain competitive within the economic sector. 

Nurul Natrah, an entrepreneur with Autism & ADHD, secured first place in the SAY LEAD Edition 7 Grand Finale, followed by Mohd Kamal Surin bin Abdullah, founder of Nyaman Juice, in second place. Third place was awarded to Farah Hana binti Faizul and Fatnin Qistina binti Firdus, founders of Loomsydoo Studio.

The Grand Finale of SAY LEAD Edition 7 brought together 10 outstanding OKU entrepreneurs who were selected from 20 initial participants. The participants underwent a series of business courses and development sessions since May 2026, covering Financial Management, Digital Platform Development, Business Management, Making Money at Carnivals, as well as an Industry Visit to Mydin HQ and an Alumni Sharing Session. 

All five top winners of SAY LEAD Edition 7 will also progress to the next stage, SAY LEAD+, a six-month mentorship programme focused on providing access to new markets, business digitalisation and opportunities to receive free exhibition booths.
